“Professional Workplace Training That Goes Beyond the PowerPoint.”
When a workplace concern happens, your supervisors need more than a policy manual. They need to know what to observe, what to document, what not to assume, and what to do next.

Recognize. Document. Respond.

Rapid Ready Academy’s interactive supervisor training focuses on observable signs and behaviors, objective documentation, appropriate supervisor response, and following established workplace policies and procedures. Participants work through realistic workplace scenarios designed to move the training beyond theory and into situations supervisors may actually encounter.

DOT & Non-DOT — Clearly Distinguished
DOT/FMCSA Training
For supervisors responsible for employees covered by applicable DOT/FMCSA drug and alcohol testing requirements. Training addresses the regulatory framework relevant to reasonable-suspicion determinations and the supervisor's responsibilities within that process.
Non-DOT Training
Designed for supervisors working under an employer's drug-free workplace policies and procedures. The training emphasizes observable behavior, objective documentation, consistent application of company policy, and appropriate escalation to HR or other designated representatives.
DOT and Non-DOT requirements are not treated as interchangeable. Participants are taught to understand which framework applies to their workplace and to follow the appropriate requirements and organizational procedures.
Interactive Training — Not Just Another PowerPoint
Participants apply what they learn through realistic workplace scenarios, guided discussions, observation and documentation exercises, and a knowledge assessment.
